Bill Number: S 714

Legislative Session: 07/08
This bill seeks to add restrictions to the activities of political action committees. In defining the the organizations the current definition includes all 501(c)4 organizations, which includes the Sierra Club, the Conservation Voters of Sc and other groups that were not really the target of the bill.
